The City parks department lists Grant Park Recreation Center at 537 Park Ave, corroborating facility identity. 918 Dill: corroborated mixed-use project, weak vending fit

City event: 2026-09-15 · ACA Pending · BB-202608051 (apartments); BB-202608050 (office). These are two categories at one property, not two independent locations.
The Guild’s previously retrieved project page describes 18 apartments and food/community spaces, with a fall-2026 availability target. On September 23 the direct URL redirected to a venue listing without those details, while search still returned the older project content. Its separate 2026 board-nomination page corroborates 18 units, grocery and commercial kitchens. Current availability remains unverified; do not present the earlier fall target as freshly reconfirmed. The small residential population and food alternatives make this a lower-priority prospect.
Project and responsible organization
Next check: confirm opening, non-resident traffic, existing food coverage and whether any unmet vending need exists. Included as a borderline example to learn operators’ thresholds, not a qualified lead.
